Gene has played a crucial role in financial oversight and strategy across various organizations. In his previous positions, he has managed financial operations for ten service sites, overseeing budgeting, treasury, payer negotiations, payroll, financial statement preparation, and executive communications for over 150 providers across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical service lines. He has successfully negotiated commercial payer reimbursement rates, significantly boosting revenue.

Gene holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University.
