MedCBO Promotional Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
- Offer valid only for new MedCBO customers.
- Limit one (1) promotional discount per eligible customer.
- Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, reused, transferred, sold, or applied retroactively to prior purchases.
- Offer subject to verification of eligibility. MedCBO reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or revoke the discount in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or ineligibility.
2. Promotional Discount
- The promotion provides a $1,000 discount on MedCBO startup fees.
- Discount applies one time only at the time of contract execution.
- MedCBO may modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Text Messaging Consent
- By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated marketing and informational text messages from MedCBO at the mobile number you provide.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
